EDO GOVERNMENT REDEPLOYS WORKS COMMISSIONER TO WATER RESOURCES MINISTRY

The Edo State Government has approved the redeployment of the Commissioner for Works, Hon. (Dr.) Felix Ehiguese Akhabue, to the Ministry of Water Resources. The directive was authorized by the Executive Governor of Edo State and takes immediate effect, according to an official statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq.

Following the redeployment, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Works has been directed to assume administrative oversight of the ministry pending the appointment of a new commissioner. The government stated that the decision forms part of ongoing administrative adjustments within the state’s executive structure.
