US Court Jails Ketamine Supplier Linked to Matthew Perry’s Death

A woman at the center of the drug supply chain that led to the death of Matthew Perry has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison, marking a significant development in a case that shocked Hollywood and fans worldwide.

Jasveen Sangha, a Los Angeles resident described by prosecutors as a high-level ketamine dealer, was handed the sentence on Wednesday after pleading guilty to multiple charges tied to the actor’s fatal overdose. The charges included three counts of distribution of ketamine, one count of distribution resulting in death or serious bodily injury, and maintaining a drug-involved premises.

Authorities say Sangha, who was reportedly known among clients as the “Ketamine Queen,” played a central role in supplying the drug that ultimately led to Perry’s death. Court documents reveal that she became aware of the actor’s interest in ketamine through an intermediary who had contact with Perry’s personal assistant.

Prosecutors detailed how Sangha allegedly offered to provide a sample of the drug, which led to a larger transaction. The assistant is said to have purchased approximately 50 vials of ketamine on behalf of the actor, highlighting what investigators described as a dangerous and illegal supply network operating behind the scenes.
