The National Sports Commission announced that it had taken over the unfinished Ugborodo mini-stadium project and intended to complete it.

NSC Chairman Shehu Dikko said the Commission had adopted the project on behalf of the Federal Government.

As of the public reporting reviewed, no specific completion date or final cost of completing the remaining work had been publicly disclosed.

That development changes the administrative future of the project.

It does not answer the financial questions from the past.

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: The US$100,000 + ₦5 million was described in court filings as a separate private loan and is not part of the US$568,161.80 FIFA project-payment total.

That distinction matters because the private loan and the FIFA project payments are separate financial records and should not be presented as though they came from the same source.
