The General Overseer of Unity Worship Centre, Bishop Dayo Olutayo, has introduced a new wife to his church members, following his divorce from Mummy Bolu Olutayo after 33 years of marriage. Addressing the congregation, Bishop Olutayo presented the marriage as a definitive fact, offering a stark choice to members. “If you are happy clap, if you are not happy clap. You have no choice. I am letting all members know that your Pastor has married. It was so speedy that many will not understand,” he stated. In a shocking revelation about his previous long-term marriage, the Bishop declared, “I was never married. I didn’t know. When I discovered the conspiracy, my life became a target.” He did not provide specific details about the alleged conspiracy. “All the things that have passed, I cannot be talking about it,” he added. Olutayo then made a solemn declaration at the altar. “I called on the heaven and earth to witness today. This is the altar of holiness. I cannot be lying here. Heaven and earth will witness this that for the first time in my life I have gotten married.” He concluded his announcement by requesting continued support from the church, saying, “I want you to keep praying for me and reckon with me as a servant of God.”
