Tinubu’s 2027 Re-Election Campaign to Begin in Kaduna October 24 – Yari

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has scheduled the inauguration of President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election campaign in Kaduna State for October 24, according to the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Abdulaziz Yari.

Yari disclosed this after meeting with Tinubu at the State House, Abuja, where he said the President had approved the campaign timetable.

He said the campaign council’s inaugural meeting would hold on October 14 ahead of the commencement of nationwide activities.

Yari also listed Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and Maiduguri, Borno State, among the proposed destinations on the campaign itinerary.

The announcement signals the beginning of preparations by the ruling party for Tinubu’s bid for a second term in office in the 2027 general election.

Yari also defended the President’s electoral prospects, expressing confidence in the campaign ahead of the polls.
