VIDEO: COUPLE AND FATHER-IN-LAW BANNED FROM VIRGIN ATLANTIC AFTER FIGHT ON FLIGHT

A married couple and the wife’s father have been fined £2,300 and banned from Virgin Atlantic for life after starting a brawl on a flight from London to Barbados. Martin and Zoe King from Coulsdon, south London, and Mrs. King’s 76-year-old father, Derek Edmond from Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, admitted causing disruption on flight VS29 from Gatwick.

The altercation, which broke out at 30,000 feet, required cabin crew to intervene and separate the trio from fellow passengers. Upon landing, the three were arrested by the Royal Barbados Police Force and later fined £2,300 after pleading guilty in court.

In a statement, Virgin Atlantic confirmed that the trio would not be allowed to fly back to the UK on their airline and would have to arrange their own transportation home. “We take incidents like this very seriously and have taken the decision to ban these passengers from flying with us for life,” the airline said.

The incident highlights the importance of passenger behavior and the consequences of disrupting flights. Virgin Atlantic’s decision to ban the trio serves as a warning to others who might engage in similar behavior. The airline prioritizes the safety and comfort of its passengers, and incidents like this will not be tolerated.
