ADRON Group Showcases Affordable Property Options At Africa ESG Conference
ADRON Group made a strong impression at the 10th Anniversary Africa ESG Conference and Nigeria Project Expo 2026, showcasing affordable property options and flexible payment plans designed to make homeownership accessible to more Nigerians.
The event, held at the Landmark Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, brought together investors, government officials, business leaders and professionals across real estate, construction, infrastructure and finance.
Leading the delegation was Managing Director Adenike Ajobo, MNIM, MNIPR, representing Chairman and Group CEO Aare Adetola Olanipekun Emmanuelking.
Ajobo reaffirmed the company’s commitment to making homeownership affordable and accessible, saying Adron Group’s growth was driven by affordability, excellence, vision, integrity and tenacity.
“Adron Group remains committed to making homeownership affordable and accessible to Nigerians,” Ajobo stated. She also congratulated the organisers on the conference’s milestone and thanked customers for their continued trust in the company.
Group Deputy Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, Teddy Babatunde, highlighted the company’s flexible payment structures, offering up to 36 months for regular plots and 100 months for Vitco plots.
He said the extended payment structure helps customers acquire property without overwhelming financial pressure.
Deputy Managing Director, Southern Super Cluster, Rosemary Onyediri, urged investors to take advantage of limited-time offers on selected products.
Director of Treasury, Samson Balogun, said Adron Homes would continue pursuing its vision of helping every Nigerian family own property.
At the company’s exhibition stand, visitors explored property products, investment opportunities and the various payment plans. Featured offerings include Grace & Mercy Gardens, Lemon Friday Plus, Forever Young and other housing developments.
The Africa ESG platform has increasingly linked environmental, social and governance considerations with issues such as affordable housing, community development and responsible investment.
The Nigeria Mega Project Expo, formerly known as Nigeria BuildExpo, is holding its 10th edition from 25 to 27 August, with organisers expecting more than 8,000 visitors and over 120 global brands.
