Sources within the premises confirmed that restrooms have been locked, leaving guests and tenants unable to access essential services. The situation has caused significant inconvenience, particularly for visitors and businesses operating within the complex.

The disruption appears to be part of a wider problem, as parts of Abuja are also reportedly experiencing water supply challenges, raising broader concerns about infrastructure in the nation’s capital.

A source familiar with the situation said the crisis may be linked to supply issues at a major reservoir. “I overheard that the reservoir has no water too,” the source said, although the claim could not be independently verified.

Some guests at the hotel have reportedly begun making alternative arrangements, while others remain on-site awaiting restoration of services.

Efforts to reach officials of the FCT Water Board for comment proved abortive as of the time of filing this report.

Hotel management has yet to issue an official statement explaining the cause of the shortage or when normal services will resume.
