The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) FCT Council is set to recognize Mrs. Moji Danisa with the “Trailblazer in Tabloid Journalism Award” for her outstanding contributions to the media sector. The award is in recognition of her exceptional leadership and innovation in storytelling, which has resonated widely with the public.

Dubbed “Queen of Junk” following several fearless investigative and fearless reportage, Secretary of Council, Jide Oyekunle, in a statement, said Danisa has demonstrated fearless reporting and a commitment to uncovering truths that matter, making her a respected figure in Nigerian journalism. “Rising quickly through the ranks to become a sub-editor and later leading her own media ventures, Moji has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in storytelling that resonates widely with the public,” Oyekunle said.
