The Executive Chairman of Orhionmwon Local Government Council, Hon. Thompson Osagie, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA), Dr. Francis Odigie, as he marks another remarkable year of life and service. Hon. Osagie described Dr. Odigie as a distinguished administrator, an astute leader, and a dependable pillar in the administration of the local government.

In a statement released by the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, Dennis Ugbudian, Hon. Osagie noted that Dr. Odigie has consistently demonstrated uncommon dedication, professionalism, and an admirable passion for the growth and welfare of the council workforce. The Chairman further acknowledged Dr. Odigie’s exemplary record of service, especially during his time as the Caretaker Chairman of Orhionmwon Local Government Council, where he displayed wisdom, competence, and a people-centered leadership style that earned him the admiration and respect of both staff and the people of Orhionmwon.

Hon. Osagie stated that Dr. Odigie’s life of service, humility, and excellence continues to leave lasting footprints in the local government system, while inspiring those around him to remain committed to effective service delivery. “As you celebrate your birthday, I join the good people of Orhionmwon to honour your outstanding contributions and dedication to duty.
