Ohanaeze Anambra President Announces Mother-in-Law’s Burial

Mazi Chukwuma Okpalaezeukwu, President of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Anambra State Chapter, has announced the burial ceremony of his mother-in-law, Late Mrs Ngozi Bridget Anama (née Nwobu).

The burial is scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2026, at Umuonoli Ezeoye, Nibo, in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Okpalaezeukwu, who also serves as the Global Youth Leader of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, made the announcement in a burial invitation addressed to friends, associates and well-wishers.

In the announcement, he expressed submission to the will of God over the loss and appealed for prayers and the presence of invited guests as the family prepares to give the deceased a befitting farewell.

He also conveyed his regards to those invited to the ceremony.

The burial is expected to bring together family members, friends, associates and well-wishers to pay their last respects to the late Mrs Anama.
