Abdulsalam Kachalla-Led Asset: EFCC Secures Final Forfeiture of Private Jet

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has secured a final forfeiture order on a private jet linked to Abdulsalam Kachalla, following legal proceedings that confirmed the asset was subject to investigation and recovery actions by the anti-graft agency.

According to court proceedings, the forfeiture was granted after the court was satisfied that the aircraft was reasonably connected to alleged proceeds of unlawful activities under investigation. The ruling means the asset has now been permanently surrendered to the Federal Government of Nigeria.
