Tinubu Departs Abuja on Three-Nation Tour, Heads to France, Kenya, Rwanda

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed Abuja for the first leg of a three-nation diplomatic tour covering Europe and East Africa.

The President’s itinerary begins with a stop in France, before proceeding to Nairobi, where he is scheduled to participate in the Africa-France Summit 2026 holding from May 11 to 12.

Following the summit in Kenya, Tinubu will travel to Kigali to attend the Africa CEO Forum 2026, slated for May 14 to 15.

The tour is expected to provide opportunities for high-level engagements focused on strengthening diplomatic relations, economic cooperation, and investment partnerships between Nigeria and participating countries and institutions.
