Country music icon Dolly Parton has officially cancelled her planned Las Vegas residency, citing ongoing health issues that she says are being treated and improving, but still prevent her from returning to the stage.

She described feeling “swimmy headed,” adding that she is not yet physically ready for the demands of a full stage production.
