UN Nuclear Chief Seeks Access to Iran Sites as Tehran Demands Final Agreement First

The head of the UN’s nuclear watchdog has said international inspectors are expected to return to Iranian nuclear facilities, but Tehran has made clear that any such visits will only take place after a final agreement is reached regarding ongoing diplomatic and technical discussions.
