PRESIDENT TINUBU TO VISIT KADUNA STATE ON FRIDAY

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is scheduled to visit Kaduna State on Friday, September 19, 2025, departing from Abuja. Special Adviser to the President (Information & Strategy), Bayo Onanuga, in a statement announced the President’s programme.

Bayo Onanuga disclosed President Tinubu will attend a wedding ceremony in Kaduna between Nasirudeen Yari, son of Senator Abdul’aziz Yari representing Zamfara West, and Safiyya Shehu Idris. The President will also pay a courtesy visit to Aisha, widow of late former President Muhammadu Buhari, at the family residence.

Bayo Onanuga confirmed the President’s itinerary includes returning to Abuja on the same day after the engagements. Bayo Onanuga’s statement outlined the visit’s key events focusing on social and familial obligations in Kaduna. The President’s trip underscores ongoing engagements with notable figures and communities across Nigeria.
