EDO GOVERNOR CONGRATULATES AKWA IBOM GOVERNOR ON APC DEFECTION
Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo has extended heartfelt congratulations to Akwa Ibom State Governor Pastor Umo Eno on his recent defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Governor Okpebholo commended Governor Eno’s bold decision, noting it demonstrates a profound commitment to the advancement and development of Akwa Ibom State. Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Fred Itua, said in a statement, “The decision by Governor Umo Eno to join the APC shows his foresight and dedication to the welfare of his people.” Itua noted that this move will undoubtedly unlock greater opportunities, foster stronger collaborations, and accelerate the delivery of democratic dividends to the people of Akwa Ibom State.
