BOLLYWOOD ACTOR SAIF ALI KHAN STABBED MULTIPLE TIMES IN MUMBAI HOME INVASION

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was stabbed at least six times with a knife by an intruder who barged into his house in Mumbai during the early hours of Thursday. The local police stated that the intruder’s motive was to commit a burglary. According to the police, the incident occurred inside Khan’s house at around 02:45 a.m. The police are still searching for the attacker, who fled the scene after the assault. A female staff member of Khan’s team was also injured during the scuffle. Khan was rushed to a local hospital, where he underwent surgery. His condition is reported to be stable and out of danger. A hospital statement revealed that Khan sustained two deep wounds, one near the spine. Saif Ali Khan, son of renowned actress Sharmila Tagore and former Indian cricket captain Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, made his film debut in the early 1990s. He is married to actress Kareena Kapoor.

SEX WORKER KILLS BARMAN OVER N200 DISPUTE IN ADAMAWA

A tragic incident occurred in Mubi South Local Government Area of Adamawa State, resulting in the death of a barman, Yohanna Musa, at the hands of a sex worker, Riyanatu Musa. The dispute began over a N200 balance Riyanatu owed Yohanna for a bottle of dry gin and another drink she purchased. According to police reports, Riyanatu had paid N1,500 and promised to settle the remaining N200 the following day. However, when Yohanna demanded the balance, a heated argument ensued, culminating in a fatal altercation. Riyanatu confessed to stabbing Yohanna in the chest during the fight, stating, “He kept insisting on his money. In the heat of the moment, I stabbed him in the chest. I deeply regret my actions”. Riyanatu denied being intoxicated at the time of the incident, claiming she hadn’t consumed any alcohol that day. The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested Riyanatu, and the state’s Commissioner of Police, Morris Dankombo, has ordered a thorough investigation. The Adamawa State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Nguroje, urged members of the public to avoid taking the law into their own hands, emphasizing the importance of resolving disputes peacefully. The incident has left the community in confusion and trauma, highlighting the need for calm and respectful resolution of conflicts.
